KL Rahul overcomes Kohli, but LSG loses to RCB

Another game in the IPL was played yesterday, and of course, interesting aspects are always around. Thus, the skipper of the new franchise from Lucknow, KL Rahul, overcame the result of Virat Kohli in terms of fastest to 6000 runs in T20.

Thus, the Super Giants’ captain made it in 166 innings, adding the needed 30 runs in yesterday’s game. His legendary opponent, Virat Kohli, achieved the same result in 184 innings. Moreover, Cheeku left the game with a duck and was dismissed from the first ball delivered to him at the batting position. Note that they both are among the best in the world in this parameter and the best in India.

However, it didn’t help LSG to win the game over Royal Challengers Bangalore. RCB started batting and, thanks to du Plessis’ 96 from 64, finished their attempt at 181 for 6. Although this result wasn’t too impossible to reach, Lucknow Super Giants weren’t good at batting. None of their batters made a half-tone, and the team finished with a quite poor result of 163 for eight.

This win helped RCB to take their 10th point and second position in the standings, while LSG remained in the chasing group with eight points. Want to know more about cricket and don’t miss the important news? Subscribe to cricket14.in and receive the latest updates to your email.
