ICC named “Test Team of Year” 2021; three Indians included

The traditional team of the year by the International Cricket Council was presented to the wide public. Although India lost in the final of the World Test Championship in 2021, they won eight out of 14 games. They even finished at the top of the international Test rankings at the end of 2021, so three Indians were included in the squad.

These are an opening batter Rohit Sharma, batting wicket keeper Rishabh Pant, and spinning bowler Ravichandran Ashwin. They all demonstrated great numbers during the year.
