Indian Women continue aiming playoffs after winning Bangladesh
The ICC World Cup Women goes to its final stages with a few games to be played at the group stage. At the moment, the Indian Women’s team continues their run for the playoffs, and the victory over Bangladesh was a must for them.
The Women in Blues made their work pretty well. While batting first, they scored a pretty good 229 for seven and should protect it from the struggling neighbours. And they did it pretty well, allowing Bangladesh Women to score only 119, which were taken in 40 overs after the last stump fell.

Now India W has 6 points after six games and takes the third spot in the group of 8 teams. To enter the list of the first four and go to playoffs, they should win the last game against the South African Women’s team, which now is second with 8 points after five games.

The Proteas Women also have to play against West Indies W and secure playoffs before the game against the Indian team.
